Every site here started as someone's idea of what their business could do online. Some we designed and built from scratch, some we rebuilt on a steadier footing, and plenty we've quietly looked after for years.

“The parish council needed to create a new web site as our previous service provider was leaving the market. The price offered was competitive compared with other suppliers and Motley had the advantage of being very local. The process of designing and building the new site has gone well. Jamie is very “user-friendly†and it has been great for induction, training and familiarisation to go into the office and use the facilities there to work and ask questions. Working on my own computer in the Motley office with the ability to say “what do I do here?†and be shown in person has been so much better than a training manual or help over the phone. However, there is a help function within the system and this has been useful as the notes have screen-shots showing different elements of functionality. As a parish council we have different needs and requirements from our site to comply with local government legislation and these have been accommodated without any fuss or problems. Jamie was very helpful in transition and liaised with our previous service provider and also kept the legacy site updated with key information and documents until the new site was ready to roll-out.
