Overview
Skora HR provides outsourced HR support for small and medium businesses from its base in Poole — HR consulting, employment-law compliance, policies and handbooks, and leadership training, positioned as a commercial HR partner rather than a box-ticking one.
Commercial HR, not box-ticking
Skora needed a site that felt warm and human while making clear the commercial value of proper HR support.
The challenge
It had to set out a practical service offer and convey founder Heidi Skirrow's down-to-earth, commercial approach.
What we built
We designed and built a bespoke website built around their services and that commercial-partner positioning, and we maintain it.
I'm so pleased I chose Motley to do my website. They've done a cracking job for a really fair price! Motley made the whole process seamless.
