How many customers do you lose to your competition because they are unable to remember how to get in contact with you? In the case of vehicle signage, research has demonstrated that the maximum number of individual pieces of information that can be recalled by a consumer from a TV advert is three. Van graphics and liveries are little different but are generally seen in environments in which it is less likely that information will be absorbed.
